Terms and Conditions for Film Production Services:

Aelia Production is committed to providing top-quality film production services. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions that outline the scope of our services, mutual responsibilities, and other critical aspects of our agreement.

1. Scope of Services: Aelia Production offers complete film production services, including conceptualization, scriptwriting, location scouting, production management, cinematography, and post-production services. Clients must ensure that all project details, timelines, and requirements are communicated clearly to enable the timely delivery of outputs.

2. Payment Terms: Aelia Production requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before project initiation. The remaining balance is to be settled upon project completion before the final materials are delivered. Any delays in payment may result in delays in the delivery schedule. Additional services outside the original agreement will be charged separately.

3. Intellectual Property: Aelia Production retains the copyright to all work created during the production process until full payment is made. Once payment is received, ownership of the final film is transferred to the client. The client grants permission for Aelia Production to use snippets or previews of the final work for promotional purposes, unless expressly forbidden in writing.

4. Revisions and Alterations: Clients are entitled to one round of revisions included in the initial price. Further changes or additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate. Revisions that involve changes to the approved script, storyline, or shoot schedule will require additional charges and an extended timeline.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality concerning all project-related information and materials. Aelia Production ensures that your project content, including visuals, audio, and scripts, is handled securely and not shared without permission.

6. Client Responsibilities: The client is required to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client in providing assets, scripts, or feedback may result in adjustments to the project timeline and additional costs.

7. Liability and Warranty: Aelia Production is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, including equipment malfunction, natural disasters, or acts of third parties. While we strive for perfection, Aelia Production does not guarantee absolute error-free services but ensures the highest quality of work within the agreed specifications.

8. Cancellations and Refunds: The initial deposit is non-refundable. In the case of project cancellation by the client after the project has commenced, payment will be due for all completed work. Aelia Production reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any of these terms or engages in unethical practices.

9. Timeline and Delivery: We will provide a detailed timeline for project completion at the beginning of the production process. All efforts will be made to adhere to this schedule, but delays caused by external factors, including client inaction, may require revisions to the timeline.

10. Equipment and Talent: Aelia Production will handle the sourcing of necessary equipment, crew, and on-screen talent as per the project requirements. Clients must notify us in advance of any specific requests related to talent or equipment. Any additional costs incurred for client-specific requests will be billed separately.

11. Use of Final Work: The final deliverable may be used for its intended purpose as outlined in the agreement. Any use beyond the agreed-upon purpose, including modifications or sublicensing, will require additional permissions from Aelia Production.

12. Force Majeure: Aelia Production shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters, wars, or government restrictions.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If no resolution is achieved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration as per the governing laws.

14. Amendments: Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not recognized.

15. Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between Aelia Production and the client.
